When a small boy in a pig mask appears at the door trick-or-treating, Kylies night transforms into a horrifying and violent cat-and-mouse game. She must go beyond what she ever thought possible if she and the children are to survive the night.

Kylie has been ridiculed, made fun of, stalked and embarrassed due to an unplanned night at a party. Kylie has not stood up for herself over the years, even her own mother knows that. To get away from the torment from her peers, she decides to babysit, at a far away mansion on Halloween. Later, in the night there is knocking at the door a young boy, with a grown man near lady minute trick or treating. The boy and young man never leave, now Kylie is faced with a strong will , where she has to protect herself and the children she is babysitting, in order to survive.
