A twisted tale told by Harley Quinn herself, when Gothams most nefariously narcissistic villain, Roman Sionis, and his zealous right-hand, Zsasz, put a target on a young girl named Cass, the city is turned upside down looking for her. Harley, Huntress, Black Canary and Renee Montoyas paths collide, and the unlikely foursome have no choice but to team up to take Roman down.

After her painful breakup with Joker, shortly after the battle with the Enchantress in , the already unhinged and extremely volatile Harley Quinn finds herself all alone. Now, on the hunt for the teen street hustler and the gemstone, Quinn crosses paths with singer, Dinah Lance, Detective Renee Montoya, and a mysterious crossbow-wielding murderess who are all also after the girl, as Romans top assassin, Victor Zsasz, is bent on getting Cain first.
