Story: With his wife doing a book tour, a father of twelve must handle a new job and his unstable brood.

Juggling career and family can be a lot. Tom and Kate Baker, the proud parents of 12 children, have chosen family over career aspirations. However, their lives suddenly change when small-town coach Tom is offered his dream job, and Kates book has been accepted for publication. Now, with her promoting it, it is up to Tom to look after the children, take care of the house, and handle a new job. Can he bring order out of chaos?

The Bakers, a family of 14, move from the small town to the big city after Tom gets his dream job to coach his alma maters football team. Meanwhile, his wife, Kate, also gets her dream of getting her book published. While shes away promoting it, Tom has a hard time keeping the house in order while coaching his football team at the same time, as the once happy family starts falling apart.
