Story: The substitute teacher of the future is a robot who answers spit-wads with bullets. Hell clean up the gang situation at the school, too, if a government agent doesnt catch him first for an experimental robot army.

In the original movie, the cyborg-teachers were all destroyed. Well thats what we thought, but theres one more rogue military robot out there determined to clean up the education system.

The destructive cyborg teachers created by Doctor Bob Forrest were thought to have been destroyed, but one has slipped through the cracks. Now the last, calling himself John Bolen, must be stopped before he spreads his path of destruction and mass killings to other high schools.
