Story: Known as a "fixer" for difficult clients, a talented party planner must help a young CEO plan the Christmas party of the year to dazzle the mayor and save his company. Wil the "fixer" fix something more than just the company?

Holly works as an event planer with the aim to get a promotion to handle bigger events. Leading up to Christmas she gets a job to arrange a Christmas party for an architectural firm and this could help her with her promotion. The condition is that she have to work together with Theo, the son to the firms CEO and owner. The company is in the bidding for a prestigious project and they hope to show the local mayor that they are the right company for the job and as the mayor likes traditions, much is in the balance on this Christmas party. The problem is that Theo does not appreciate how important this is and wants to concentrate more on the technical presentation. Can Holly get him to understand the importance of Christmas traditions and help him win the contract?

Its the Christmas season, a busy time of the year for Holly Green, an events planner for Denver-based Encore Events. Her boss, Eve Dasher, is loading her plate with work, which she is happy to accept in the implication that she doing well in the events will result in her being promoted to the open position of lead planner. One of those events, handed to her at the last minute, is the Christmas party at residential development focused Pine Architecture, the contract which she got on the recommendation of her friend Blaire who works there. Holly is told that the owner Richard Pines son, Theo Pine, wants to be a hands-on part of the party planning. What Holly discovers is that Theo has no desire to work on the party, but that Richard sees it as being integral in being awarded the contract for their first foray into a commercial complex - the new city center - as Mayor Anthony Donahue is a regular attendee. While Richard is old school in still making models of their developments, Theo is the one who wants to expand into commercial developments and that he sees the companys future, it which he will soon take over he hopes on his own merit as opposed to being the owners son, in doing everything digitally as opposed to his fathers old-fashioned ways. In working together, Holly and Theo start to fall for each other, especially in their connection in design. A road to a happily ever after for them may be dependent on their respective career paths, namely if Pine Architecture gets the city center contract and if Holly gets promoted to lead planner.
