Story: When a matador leaves town to focus on his music, his twin sister takes on his identity in the bullfighting ring.

Famous matador Antonio Morales disappointment turns to joy when his wifes pregnancy yields twins and the second child is the hoped-for boy. Morales names his twins Maria and Mario, and prepares to train Mario for the bull-fighting ring as soon as he is old enough. But Mario is more interested in music, and its Maria who is fascinated with the ring. Eventually Mario gets fed up with his fathers demands and leaves town for a chance to study with a famous composer. Antonio despairs that Marios abandonment of the bullring is bringing disgrace to the family name, but Maria has a plan.
