Story: After the mysterious disappearance of her sister, a desperate young woman goes undercover to infiltrate brutal warden Ilsas mental health facility for the sexually deviant women.

Ilsa, now a vicious warden, runs a mental-hospital for young women. A girl deliberately "checks" in to the hospital to find out what has happened to her sister who stayed there. Meanwhile Ilsa and one of the guards are forcing the inmates to have sex with male prisoners, filming them and selling it as pornoflicks.

In Las Palomas mental health facility for the sexually deviant women, tall, brutal warden Ilsa rules the institution with an iron fist, performing unspeakable horrors on the hapless inmates. Then, a young patient disappears, and her sister, Abbie, summons up the courage to go undercover by willingly incarcerating herself. There, Abbie meets Juana, the hospitals most fearful inmate, who has a sinister hidden agenda. Now, there is no going back. Will Abbie escape Ilsas horrible prison of torment in one piece?
