Story: Russell Proco has been expelled from several schools for lewd, crude and nude conduct. Busterburger University is his last chance for an education and pleasing his disappointed parents.

Russell Proco has a grudge: every university he attends expels him for getting too friendly with the congenial coeds. And if he does not receive a college diploma soon, he will be removed from the massive trust fund promised by his parents. Russells only hope for the massive trust fund is to stop going astray. And theres no better place for him than Busterburger University - where they provide an education on how to manage a Busterburger franchise. All Russell has to do to graduate and receive the diploma he hungers for, is to keep out of trouble. And keep away from the girls. And for this footloose, would-be grill king, thats no short order.
