Story: A pro ball player with a substance abuse problem is forced into rehab in his hometown, finding new hope when he gets honest about his checkered past, and takes on coaching duties for a misfit Little League team.

Forced back to his small home town, an alcoholic baseball hotshot fakes recovery to regain his position on the roster, coaches a little league team to regain his popularity, tries to be a father for the son hed abandoned, all while finding redemption among a group of addicts.

Troubled baseball all-star Cory Brand (Scott Elrod) is suspended from his team following a high-profile DUI, and struggles to turn his life around while attending a 12-step program and coaching a youth baseball team in his small hometown. At first, Cory cant wait to wrap up treatment and get back on the diamond. But the more time the reluctant coach spends with his eager young players, the greater his love of the game grows. Meanwhile, as Cory seeks to redeem himself through the grace of God, a long-lost love offers new hope for a better future..
