Story: A newlywed bride becomes infatuated with another woman who questions her sexual orientation, promoting a stir among the brides family and friends.

Rachel is a nice girl who is going to marry Hector (Heck), her longtime boyfriend. While she is working on the wedding preparations she meets wedding-florist Luce and unexpectedly falls in love with her and discovers what having love feelings for another woman is like. Rachel meets Luce a few times, hiding it from her family, especially her mother Tessa who contracted Luce. At the same time Heck tries to win his in-laws affections, especially father-in-law Ned, Rachel embarks on marriage and daily life with her husband, but her love and passion for Luce causes a secret affair between them and doubts in Rachel about the life she wants for herself.

Longtime friends and lovers Rachel and Heck finally tie the knot, and during the celebration, Rachel starts a friendship with their florist, Luce. Rachel originally intends to set her new friend Luce up with her husbands friend Cooper, but soon discovers that Luce is a lesbian. During the course of their friendship, Rachel questions her own sexuality and realizes that she might have feelings for Luce. She must decide whether she will find more happiness with her new husband Heck, whom she and her family adore, or with Luce, who has turned her life and everything she thought she knew about love upside-down.
