Yefrosinia, the prince Romans wife, daughter to the Emperor of Constantinople,used her influence to save her children. Ruthenian lands drowned in the bloodshed of internecine war until the Princes sons, Danylo and Vasylko, stepped forward and reclaimed their fathers legacy.
