Story: George Kuffs, 21, leaves a pregnant girlfriend. He visits his brother Brad to bum money off him. Brads shot and George IDs the killer at SFPD but to no avail. He inherits Brads patrol district. He keeps it to get the killer.

George Kuffs didnt finish high-school, just lost his job and his girlfriend who still is in college is pregnant. Since he cant see how he can support her, he thinks she is better off without him. So he visits his elder brother, Brad, to squeze him for a loan so he can go to Brazil where theres a gold-rush going on. Unfortunately Brad is killed and George is suddenly the owner of Brads "patrol special" district.
