Story: During an ocean dive, Miami gumshoe Tony Rome (Frank Sinatra) finds a womans body with her feet encased in a concrete block and sets out to solve the murder case.

Tony Rome (Frank Sinatra) is a Miami based detective who while diving in the ocean finds the body of a young woman. He is hired by Waldo Gronsky (Dan Blocker) to find her killer. Tony has to sift through a stack of suspects, plus trying to elude the Police.

Having come across a blonde with her feet encased in cement while on a diving trip, Miami Private Eye Tony Rome (Frank Sinatra) is helping out his Police buddy on the case when he is hired by Waldo Gronsky (Dan Blocker) to find a girl who just might be the same one. Rome is soon wanted by hoods and cops, but help may (or may not) be at hand from the striking Kit Forrest (Raquel Welch).
