Story: While hiding in a small town, a former mobster finds out the man he snitched on is sending men to kill him.

While working for the mob, Bill "The Mouth" Mannuci, stole twelve million dollars from them, and turned over information to the F.B.I. about the man, from whom he stole the money, the mysterious "Skipper". Now, four of the "Skippers" men have tracked down Bill to his new house in a small country town. Bill has been warned of this, and sends his wife Debra away. Captured by the "Skippers" men, Bill is forced at gunpoint to take them to the missing twelve million dollars. But as they make their way to the money, Bill escapes, and the "Skippers" men end up chasing him into a backwoods crystal meth lab, where a gunbattle ensues, after one of the "Skippers" men opens fire. As Bill makes his escape, the lab burns to the ground, incurring the wrath of the labs owner, who is owed money by Bill. Soon, Bill finds himself being chased by not only the "Skippers" men, but by the crystal meth lab owner and his men, and how does the Sheriff of the town fit into the equation?

In the small town Harmony in the countryside, Bill Manucci is hunted down by hitmen and he asks his wife Debra to travel to Los Angeles. Bill is under the witness protection program after betraying the powerful mobster Skipper. Out of the blue, the criminals Miles, Royce and Nick come from Chicago and break in his house. They torture Bill to find where the money that he stole from their boss is. Bill does not tell and they drive him back to Chicago in a van to meet Skipper. When they stop in a gas station, they stumble upon the redneck Sheriff Dex Drier that asks his Deputy Conley to follow their van. Along their journey, the gangsters learn that Bill stole twelve million dollars from Skipper. Bill succeeds to escape from them but the owner of a drug laboratory Kyle and his men abduct him. There is a clash between the gangs and Bill escapes again. Miles finds him and discloses that he is an undercover FBI agent that wants the money to arrest Skipper. But they are hunted down by Kyle and his gang and also by the sheriff. Will they succeed to escape?
