Burdened with insufferable guilt, renowned Los Angeles ophthalmologist Dr Leonard Chaney becomes obsessed with restoring the eyesight of his only daughter Nancy after surviving a nearly fatal car crash. But with time running out, Dr Chaney has no other choice but to resort to a radical, groundbreaking approach to see results. Now, all that Chaney needs is a willing and compatible donor. However, second chances are hard to come by, and Dr Leonards dark basement is a painful reminder of his unethical, brutal human experimentation. What horrible secrets lie behind the closed doors of the Mansion of the Doomed?

After his daughter Nancy loses her eyesight in a car accident, a brilliant surgeon Leonard becomes determined to restore her eyesight and soon becomes obsessed with the idea of performing a full eye transplant in spite of being warned by his assistant that it can destroy the optic nerve. After drugging a junior ophthalmologist, Leonard performs the eye transplant for Nancy but the surgery fails due to which Leonard continues to search for new potential victims and slowly descends into madness thereby targeting victims after victims and caging the helpless n eyeless victims in his basement.
