Story: Los Angeles, 1953. The author David L. "Dave" Brady wants to bring a missed ex-newspaperman back to Los Angeles. Therefore Dave has to travel to Mexico City. Dave gets involved with a murder case that occurred fifteen years ago. Its an obsession for Dave to solve that murder. —Robert

Dave Brady () goes to Mexico following a letter from "Tip" Morgan (), former newspaper man from Los Angeles, who 15 years ago, while covering a murder case, vanished. With MOrgan, Morgans daughter Linda (), and an old servant Pablo (), Brady motors north back to Los Angeles. En-route three gunmen, "Silk" Carruthers (), "Lucky" Gato () and "Cookie" ()attempt to kill Morgan, the ambush being set up by Eve Carter (). Pablo is killed by Brady, Morgan and Linda reach the home of lawyer Daniel McCracken (), who alone knew the purpose of Bradys trip to Mexico.
