Story: A bartender and a businesswoman find they only have one thing in common; insomnia.

Lizzie is about to marry by Christmas, but the preparations are complicated by her insomnia. One night when shes out driving, she accidentally hits Billie, a bartender who also suffers from insomnia. She insists on driving him to the hospital, but when they reach the parking lot outside, they both fall asleep in the car. Afterwards Lizzie wonders whether it was Billies company that finally enabled to her to sleep. She convinces him to try again. When they both get a good nights sleep again she offers to lend him money for a bar that he wants to start if he helps her sleep until the wedding. The arrangement works but gets more and more complicated to keep secret. It does not help that getting to know each other changes other things too.
