Story: An American newspaper reporter is sent to Venice to interview a Romanian general. While there, he falls in love with a young heiress.

Two American sailors, Simon (Ole Osen) and Peter (Chic Johnson) are in Naples, on the lookout for a man with a wooden leg who has robbed a U.S.Navy store house. Their method of detection is to aim a pea-shooter at the legs of all possible suspects, and those who have a jumping reaction are deemed innocent of the crime.
