Story: The naughty high schoolers of Angel Beach High now seek revenge on a group of KKK religious fanatics and corrupt politicians who want to shut down their Shakespeare production after they cast a Seminole transfer student in the lead.

A day has passed since they got even with Porky and his brother, the Angel Beach drama club are all set to do a William Shakespeare festival. They are a opposed by Miss Balbricker (the girls gym coach), religious extremists Reverend Bubba Flavel and his flock of followers, the KKK, and the corrupt politicians of the city council. After their friend is beaten up by the KKK, they are betrayed by Commissioner Gebhardt and the city council the high schoolers seek revenge against them all.

Only a day after the premeditated act of retribution in , a now-sexually-liberated Pee Wee, and the rest of the band, find themselves up against an unforeseen new menace. As the drama club of Angel Beach High is gearing up for the upcoming Festival and their take on , the bigoted Reverend Bubba Flavel enlists the help of Miss Balbricker and the local Ku Klux Klan chapter to ban the play. Of course, they hate the idea of seeing a Seminole student playing Romeo to Wendys Juliet; however, the boys have already planned their second wave of revenge. Now, malevolent zealots, self-righteous racists, and lascivious politicians are going to get what they deserve. Will things ever be the same on the next day?
