Story: Three women of three races join the fundraising part of an island revolution.

A corrupt General plans on smuggling one million US dollars out of the Banana Republic he dominates. Local revolutionaries plan on stealing the cash but are thwarted when a bandit leader they are working with double crosses them. A tough cop and her boyfriend help two of the female revolutionaries escape from prison hoping that they will lead them to the cash, which they plan on keeping for themselves.

Having ruled the land with an iron fist, unscrupulous General Balthazar, the self-proclaimed leader of an impoverished country, intends to leave the island with $1 million U.S. dollars in cash. However, things will take an unexpected turn when double-crossing Malavael and his gang of murderous bandits enter the equation, bent on keeping the money for themselves. As one thing leads to another, depraved female warden Lynn Jackson teams up with shady American hustler W. P. Billingsley, who is convinced that foxy Jo Turner and Mei Ling, two imprisoned guerrillas, could lead them to the loot. Can the Savage Sisters outsmart the army of killers and strike it rich?
