Story: A man covering up a crime assumes a nosy neighbor may have seen what he did. He turns the neighbors lives upside down to keep his secret. But is there more to his motive?

A couple purchases the condo of their dreams overlooking the ocean. The boaters, who dock in the shadow of their high-rise, jokingly become their neighbors. When watching the comings and goings of one particular boater becomes more than a nosy quirk, the couple find their lives tossed upside down by someone they should have just left alone.

When Peter and Amanda move into a dream penthouse high above a beach town, watching the boaters in the water below becomes a daily event. When they by-chance meet one of the boat owners theyve been watching, the paranoid man opens a Pandoras box when he wrongly assumes Peter has seen something hes trying to hide. The man becomes obsessed with the couple and turns their lives into a spiraling nightmare. Will a skeptical detective be able to stop it before its too late?
