Story: Two New York City cops, Billy Wong and Danny Garoni, head to Hong Kong after the daughter of a rich businessman is kidnapped by the drug lord, Mr. Ko.

Billy Wong is a New York City cop whose partner is gunned down during a robbery. Billy and his new partner, Danny Garoni, are working security at a fashion show when a wealthy mans daughter, Laura Shapiro, is kidnapped. The Federal authorities suspect that Lauras father is involved with Mr. Ko, a Hong Kong drug kingpin, so the NYC police commissioner sends the two cops to Hong Kong to investigate. Once in Hong Kong, the pair causes no end of trouble for both Mr. Ko and the local authorities.

After a poorly executed mission and the violent death of his partner, Billy Wong, the no-nonsense New York City police officer, and his new comrade, Danny Garoni, find themselves dragged into the perilous underworld of Hong Kong when the beautiful fashion designer, Laura Shapiro, is abducted right under their noses. As the authorities suspect that Lauras father may be involved with the infamous drug kingpin, Mr. Ko, the team embarks on a dangerous quest to track her down, following a faint trail of clues. But, is there more to Lauras kidnapping than meets the eye? Above all, can Billy, the protector with the deadly fists, find Laura before it is too late?
