No grave can suppress pure evil, and after the blood-stained events of , the malevolent overlord of the damned returns from beyond, revived by a mysterious, mystical force. This time, innocence attracts the eternal bloodsucker, who, after having acquired the old Gateway Mansion, picks up where he left off, terrorising the nearby orphanage along with his always-thirsty harem of fanged mistresses.
