A familys road trip takes a dangerous turn when they arrive at a secluded mobile home park to stay with some relatives and find it mysteriously deserted. Under the cover of darkness, three masked psychopaths pay them a visit to test the familys every limit as they struggle to survive.

Ten painful years have passed since the intimidation and slaughter at the Hoyts home in , and the mysterious masked psychopaths--Doll-face, Pin-Up Girl, and The Man in the Mask--have now picked out their next victims.
