Story: Eliza (Lacey Chabert) and Debbie (Danielle Harris) are two sisters who dont always get along. But their relationship is put to the test when Debbies life is in danger, and Eliza might have to give up her power to talk to animals.

On an African safari, 12-year-old Eliza Thornberry discovers that thanks to a shaman, she can now talk to animals. When Eliza discovers that poachers in the Serengeti plan to kill an elephant herd with an electrified fence, she and her chimpanzee friend Darwin must somehow find a way to stop them.

Eliza is a twelve year old girl who can talk to animals after she rescued a shaman from a animal trap, but she cant tell Debbie or her family about her ability. During an expedition, Elizas cheetah cub friend, Tally gets captured by poachers. Debbie throws Eliza under the bus and she is forced to go to a boarding school in London. Concerned about Tallys life, Eliza and her best friend, Darwin head back to Africa so they can rescue Tally from the poachers. Eliza and Darwin soon uncover a dangerous plot when the poachers plan on killing the elephants during an eclipse. However, Elizas relationship with her sister and her best friend will be put to the test, it will ultimately lead her to face unusual consequences regarding her destiny.
