Story: A mysterious martial artist is going around and killing martial arts masters with his unique style, Tiger Claw. Two police detectives, whore also martial arts experts, use unorthodox methods to track down the serial killer.

The police do not know what to do. They have to deal with a serial killer who aims at martial arts masters. One after another is killed in the same brutal way. This may be a chance for detective Linda Masterson to work on her first murder case. She gets the job and to her side an other martial arts specialist, Sgt. Tarek Richards. Now they need to find a tiger style master, because the killer obviously uses tiger style kung fu. Not a simple task, since tiger is a very ancient and rare style.

Martial arts experts are murdered in gruesome ways and the public gets annoyed. A vigilante group is formed to track down the killer. Before law n order gets chaotic, the commissioner assigns the case to a rookie detective. She is helped unofficially by a sergeant who is a martial arts specialist. The only lead they have is to find a master who is a pro in tiger style because the killer uses tiger-style karate to kill his victims. The sergeant decides to train in tiger style in order to better prepare himself before he comes face to face with the killer.
