Story: Taj Mahal Badalandabad leaves Coolidge College behind for the halls of Camford University in England, where he looks to continue his education, and teach an uptight student how to make the most out of her academic career.

Having graduated in the U.S. as a Van Wilder disciple, now self-confident Taj Mahal arrives as don (teaching assistant) history at Englands super-prestigious Camford. He falls victim to the haughty, aristocratic leading fraternitys president Pips usual prank for commoners, landing in the derelict barn with other social outcasts. But Taj decides to band the rejects into a new fraternity, Cocks and Bulls, which under his leadership challenges Pips in the annual all-round excellence championship.

After helping Van, the local hero of Coolidge College, graduate in , his loyal personal assistant Taj Badalandabad, flies across the pond to attend Camford University. Eager to follow in his fathers footsteps, and become a member of the prestigious Fox and Hounds fraternity, instead, Taj finds himself tossed out by president Pip, and the rest of his snobby friends, on account of a clerical error. Now it is up to Taj and a handful of other rejects to right a wrong, teach them a lesson, and get the girl. Can they beat them at their own game?
