Story: When Rose, a passionate fashion stylist in her 30s living in New York, inherits her grandmothers vintage dress shop, she returns to her small hometown to take care of the store. Fireman Rich welcomes back to their New York state small town St. Helen home his big sister Rose, who just inherited even bossier namesake grandmothers beloved vintage shop. While deciding whether to sell or run it. The fashionista is quitting a Brooklyn job and working on a crucial grant for non-profit project Fashion Up. That includes refurnishing an old old camp, so Rich gets Cole, the hunky jock who hardly noticed her at high-school, now a handyman, to help her by offering to do weekend shifts for Coles fireman big brother Duncan who expects a baby. Working together -soon on more projects- brings them together, as his laid-back, instinctive and her over-organized approach prove complementary.
