Episode Info: Since Nick no longer works on Friday evening, his boys take an active interest in his love-life to get him off their backs and out of the house. So they put his macho fireman identity on an Internet dating site, where uncle Jimmy posted himself- in bath. Nick is lured to a restaurant, resists the method, but at the bar bumps into Maggie. Back home, he tells the boys the encouraging news, but also that he pretended to have her dream family: just two kids. Gentile Sam and baby TJ feel flattered, the three rascals act up jealously.

Story: A single dad is trying to bring up his unruly sons on his own, as well as work as a fireman with his brother Jimmy, after their mother ran off 10 years before.

Single father Nick Savage runs a macho household, having five school-age sons, all rowdy slobs except sensitive, polite nerd Sam, who nevertheless envies dating-slick athlete Shawn. That changes when distantly admired Angela becomes his steady date, a base nine of his brothers ever reached or would admit wanting. Nicks younger brother and fire department colleague Jimmy is their welcome regular guest, but frankly serves as bad adult example of irresponsibility.
