Competing in the Tour de France is grueling for cyclists, who must travel more than 2,000 miles in 21 stages over the course of 23 days. That means proper nourishment is critical for participants in the race, who rely on chefs to give them the food they need to perform at the top of their games. For Australias Orica-Scott team, that chef is Hannah Grant. Known as "the queen of performance cooking," Grant leads a culinary crew that helps fuel the Orica-Scott racers throughout the event. "Eat. Race. Win." follows Grant and her crew as they highlight exactly what it takes to perform at the edge of human endurance for 21 race days.
