Episode Info: The assassin X the Eliminator is sitting at home, mostly having forgotten that he was paid a million bucks to obtain the crest from Birdmans helmet in 1967, when he sees Harvey in an ad for his law practice. X launches right back in his quest and, now posing as X the Exterminator, confronts Harvey. He is devastated to discover that Harvey just doesnt remember him.

Story: Third-rate superhero Harvey Birdman gets a new lease on life when he becomes a lawyer.

Harvey Birdman, the superhero formerly known as Birdman, is now a practicing (and dimwitted) lawyer. His cases always involve legal disputes between cartoon characters. Past cases involve custody of Jonny Quest, a copyright infringement case between the Chan Clan and Jabberjaw, and Fred Flintstones possible mob connections.
