Episode Info: The King Tutankhamun artifacts are on display in Honolulu, thanks to the efforts of art patron Alicia Warren. While the exhibit is open, however, a man rushes in and smashes a display case, stealing Tutankhamuns gold death mask. McGarrett quickly recovers the item, but then discovers that the recovered mask is a forgery that has been switched for the real mask. McGarrett determines that there are several suspects in the theft, including the curator of the museum where the exhibits were displayed - and Alicia Warren herself.

Story: The investigations of Hawaii Five-0, an elite branch of the Hawaii State Police answerable only to the governor and headed by stalwart Steve McGarrett.

Five-0 was a special state police unit answering only to the Governor of Hawaii. It worked with Honolulu police to fight the underworld in the island state. Sooner or later virtually all the bad guys heard Steve McGarrett grunt "Book em, Danno!" though chief bad guy Wo Fat was caught after MacArthur left the series.

Although based in Downtown Honolulu in the Iolani Palace, the men of Hawaii Five-0 are members of the Hawaii State Police, and are accountable to the Governor of Hawaii. Led by Steve McGarrett, its mission is to deal with "organized crime, murder, assassination attempts, foreign agents, felonies of every type".
