Episode Info: Two hippies, panhandling for money, decide to approach a tourist. The first hippie, a young woman, is rebuffed. However, the tourist comes on to the male hippie who freaks out and bludgeons the tourist, taking the mans wallet in the process. The wallet contains a key to an airport locker which contains a briefcase full of money. It turns out the tourist was an embezzler whose bounty is being sought by persons unknown who will do whatever it takes to get the money back.

Story: The investigations of Hawaii Five-0, an elite branch of the Hawaii State Police answerable only to the governor and headed by stalwart Steve McGarrett.

Five-0 was a special state police unit answering only to the Governor of Hawaii. It worked with Honolulu police to fight the underworld in the island state. Sooner or later virtually all the bad guys heard Steve McGarrett grunt "Book em, Danno!" though chief bad guy Wo Fat was caught after MacArthur left the series.

Although based in Downtown Honolulu in the Iolani Palace, the men of Hawaii Five-0 are members of the Hawaii State Police, and are accountable to the Governor of Hawaii. Led by Steve McGarrett, its mission is to deal with "organized crime, murder, assassination attempts, foreign agents, felonies of every type".
