Episode Info: Mick and Joey go on vacation, thinking they are staying on a resort property owned by Gordon, which turns out to be a dump with a marijuana crop. Legal troubles ensue.

Story: Mick and Joey Barrett are brothers who like to spend their time surfing. However, it doesnt pay the bills, so they offer their services to whoever needs it and occasionally get involved with all sort of adventures. In the first season, they worked primarily for Gordon, a man who used to work for the government and whos the godfather to the daughters of numerous important individuals. So occasionally, one of his god-daughters is in trouble, or someone he knew from days of government service needs something done, so he sends Mick and Joey to help them and he occasionally leaves a detail which usually involve danger, because of this they are reluctant to do the job most of the time but in the end they always do the job. In the second season, they own a surf shop in Santa Monica, and they run into people who need help or someone they know needs their help. During the third season, they closed their surf shop and were offered a job by an old friend of Micks, whos a bail-bondsman in Ventura, who needs someone to find his skips. He also introduces them to a woman whos the widow of a senator, who lets them stay in her guest house for free in exchange for occasionally helping one of her friends who needs help. —rcs0411@yahoo.com

For Gordon knew that Joey was the one thing in life Mick really cared about, and that he would never let his little brother face the dangers of detective work alone. It was only a matter of time before Joey had dragged Mick back into a life of fighting crime. Now the two brothers are truly inseparable, and Gordon has the investigative team of his dreams to help carry out his missions: Joey, an "act first, think later" go-getter, whose spontaneity catches many a criminal - but also his brother - off-guard, and Mick, the methodical and well-trained cop, whose years of street experience have bred a remarkable composure under pressure, as well as the quickest hand- and footwork around. Together they go undercover to tackle challenging cases the world over: protecting swimwear models, exposing drug rings, recovering stolen jewels and tracking escaped criminals. Yet they are not entirely alone as they try to bring justice to the world. They have a kindred soul - and an admirer - in Fritz, the beautiful female maitre d at the beachside restaurant which serves as Gordons cover. A recent graduate of the leading German intelligence school, Fritz is clever, self-assured and anxious to see some action. Recruited by Gordon as his protegé, she has become the object of his desire as well, yet she is more than a match for him and skillfully rejects his advances as she helps Mick and Joey any way she can.
