Episode Info: Mary is reunited with FBI agent Mike Faber, with whom she worked (and clashed) previously. This time the focus is on a new protected witness, Natalie Vickers, who assisted in a real estate housing scam that the FBI is investigating. Despite Natalies entry into the WITSEC program, both Mary and Faber have their doubts about Natalies commitment to the program when she seems to have no questions about how it will work - concerns that only deepen when she disappears and then reappears without explanation.

Story: U.S. Marshal Mary Shannon must hunt down witnesses for federal cases in the witness protection program while also managing a rather dysfunctional family and her own personal life.

Mary Shannon is a U.S. Marshal in the witness protection program who spends her time relocating federal witnesses.. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mary works with her partner, Marshall Mann, to place criminals and innocent witnesses into new lives. When not putting her life on the line to protect federal witnesses, Mary attempts to manage her dysfunctional family, including overly dependent mother, Jinx, and younger sister, Brandi, both of whom live with her. Between work and family, Mary has little time for boyfriend Raphael Ramirez who plays minor league baseball.
