Episode Info: McGill goes to the Cotswolds in pursuit of a little boy, Stephen, who has been kidnapped by the surly locals. The boy is the illegitimate son of aspiring politician Michael Hornsby, a fact of which his tolerant wife is aware. Though Hornsby does not have the required amount of ransom money demanded by Stephens captors, McGill urges to play along with them and goes to meet the abductors and to face a gun battle.

Story: McGill (known as "Mac") is a former U.S. intelligence agent based in London. After being thrown out of the agency for something he did not do, he finds his infamous reputation has preceded him everywhere he goes.
