Episode Info: Terry McCann, an ex-boxer who has served a prison term is working for dodgy car salesman Arthur Daley. Alfie Cavallo, a friend of Arthurs, asks for the loan of Terrys services when he goes to collect the takings from one of the laundrettes he owns. However, Alfie and Terry walk in on an armed robbery by a trio who claim to be the Independent Rastafarian Army. Alfie is shot and the two men are taken hostage along with elderly customer Mrs. Mayhew. An overnight siege takes place. Because of his form Terry is suspected by the police of being an accomplice but he proves...

Story: Arthur Daley, a small-time conman, hires former boxer Terry McCann to be his "minder" and protect him from other small-time crooks. While Terry is putting his life at risk as he tries his hardest to satisfy his employers demands, Arthur is busy exploiting Terry for all he is worth. When other people hire Terrys services through Arthur, Arthur usually keeps most of Terrys share of the money for himself by misleading the hard-working Terry about the amount of money he (as Terrys agent) is receiving on Terrys behalf. —David McAnally <D.McAnally@uq.net.au> .
