Episode Info: Arthur pawns his holidaying wifes jewels to buy a job lot of fridge freezers, though the money was ear-marked for purchasing a fleet of mopeds for the fearsome Pizza Man. When the fridges catch fire, Arthur plans a fake robbery to claim the insurance, though real robbers intervene to spoil his plan. As ever its Ray who identifies them and allows Arthur to make them pay. However his wife returns from holiday earlier than expected.

Story: Arthur Daley, a small-time conman, hires former boxer Terry McCann to be his "minder" and protect him from other small-time crooks. While Terry is putting his life at risk as he tries his hardest to satisfy his employers demands, Arthur is busy exploiting Terry for all he is worth. When other people hire Terrys services through Arthur, Arthur usually keeps most of Terrys share of the money for himself by misleading the hard-working Terry about the amount of money he (as Terrys agent) is receiving on Terrys behalf. —David McAnally <D.McAnally@uq.net.au> .
