Episode Info: Arthurs sales plummet due to rival dealer Don Gedley so he advertises with Rays friends on their pirate radio station. Don is a fair man but his violent, greedy son Grant sets out to break Arthur by framing him for driving a car through a shop window. Don agrees to pay Arthur handsomely if he takes the rap but Grant will not be satisfied, requiring Arthur and Ray to team up with Don and the pirates to teach him a lesson.

Story: Arthur Daley, a small-time conman, hires former boxer Terry McCann to be his "minder" and protect him from other small-time crooks. While Terry is putting his life at risk as he tries his hardest to satisfy his employers demands, Arthur is busy exploiting Terry for all he is worth. When other people hire Terrys services through Arthur, Arthur usually keeps most of Terrys share of the money for himself by misleading the hard-working Terry about the amount of money he (as Terrys agent) is receiving on Terrys behalf. —David McAnally <D.McAnally@uq.net.au> .
