Episode Info: Having given up smoking and drinking on doctors orders an already nervy Arthur is not helped when Mad Benny McLeish, a truculent dissatisfied customer, threatens violence unless he gets a refund. Having been denied police protection, the cowardly Arthur hides at Rays but when he disappears behind his minders back to buy his forbidden pleasures, Ray convinces the police that McLeish has abducted him, leading to a punch-up in a pub car park.

Story: Arthur Daley, a small-time conman, hires former boxer Terry McCann to be his "minder" and protect him from other small-time crooks. While Terry is putting his life at risk as he tries his hardest to satisfy his employers demands, Arthur is busy exploiting Terry for all he is worth. When other people hire Terrys services through Arthur, Arthur usually keeps most of Terrys share of the money for himself by misleading the hard-working Terry about the amount of money he (as Terrys agent) is receiving on Terrys behalf. —David McAnally <D.McAnally@uq.net.au> .
