Episode Info: Unable to sell his motors, Arthur turns to car hire, but comes to police attention when a bogus customer leaves a stolen Cortina at the lot and drives off in the Daley Daimler. Eager but clumsy assistant Winston only adds to Arthurs troubles, but at least he can claim the reward when Rays new girlfriend turns out to be part of a gang of local burglars. His Daimler returned, Arthur decides to put the experience behind him and go back to selling.

Story: Arthur Daley, a small-time conman, hires former boxer Terry McCann to be his "minder" and protect him from other small-time crooks. While Terry is putting his life at risk as he tries his hardest to satisfy his employers demands, Arthur is busy exploiting Terry for all he is worth. When other people hire Terrys services through Arthur, Arthur usually keeps most of Terrys share of the money for himself by misleading the hard-working Terry about the amount of money he (as Terrys agent) is receiving on Terrys behalf. —David McAnally <D.McAnally@uq.net.au> .
