Episode Info: When recently released jailbird Toby Jug Johnson makes revelations to Arthur about apparent betrayals by Dave when they were all younger and Dave seems to be having secret meetings which exclude him, Arthur opens his own club in competition to the Winchester out of spite, helped by Toby. However Ray is mistrustful of the ex-con and with good cause as Arthur will learn a painful lesson before he is eventually reconciled with Dave.

Story: Arthur Daley, a small-time conman, hires former boxer Terry McCann to be his "minder" and protect him from other small-time crooks. While Terry is putting his life at risk as he tries his hardest to satisfy his employers demands, Arthur is busy exploiting Terry for all he is worth. When other people hire Terrys services through Arthur, Arthur usually keeps most of Terrys share of the money for himself by misleading the hard-working Terry about the amount of money he (as Terrys agent) is receiving on Terrys behalf. —David McAnally <D.McAnally@uq.net.au> .
