Episode Info: Harold invites convicts wife Marcia Wigley back for sex and they have to wait until Albert goes to bed. Harolds bed collapses after Marcia has fled pursued by a bed bug. He goes to the Bayswater Bedorama and spends two hundred pounds on an erotic water-bed but unfortunately he trusts Albert to plug it in in time for his next session with Marcia. He ends up, quite literally, having his ardour dampened.

Story: British sitcom about a father-and-son rag-and-bone business in London. The intergenerational divide between the miserly Steptoe and his ambitious son results in comedy, drama, and tragedy.

Thirtysomething Harold and his elderly father Albert work as rag-and-bone men (collecting and selling junk). Harold is ambitious and wants to better himself, but his father always seems to ruin his plans, sometimes accidentally and other times deliberately. The pair live in squalor and the father has some disgusting personal habits which continuously embarrass the son.
