Episode Info: Its Camel Racing Week in Unagatta. To everyones amazement Paul shows great form in the saddle and becomes the hope of the town.

Story: British astronomer Paul Hamilton leaves London for a new life in a remote Australian settlement.

A comedy about a team of scientific geniuses unravelling the mysteries of the universe in the remote Australian desert. Paul, a repressed British astronomer, dreams of a more adventurous life. He abandons his dull research role in London and relocates to a front line field position at the Royal Australian Observatory. Paul does his best to fit in with a dysfunctional group of strangers exploring the furthest reaches of the galaxy from the most far flung place on earth.

Supernova follows an inept but hyperintelligent astronomer, Dr Paul Hamilton (played by Rob Brydon) as he moves from an academic job in England to working at an observatory in the outback of Australia. There he encounters the odd characters who run the station, and falls in love with the beautiful Dr Rachel Mann, who is engaged to an astronaut.
