Episode Info: The Neutrinos return to Earth after hearing of Krang and Shredders plan to get rid of the turtles via brain-drain. Shredder finds interest in their Starmobiles ability to open dimensional portals and tries to get his hands on it. Meanwhile, the turtles try to get the Starmobiles main energy source running again.

Story: Mutant heroes live in New York sewers and train in martial arts to protect the city from crime.

This show tells the adventures of four turtles who were transformed into humanoids by a strange ooze and were trained as ninja by a human martial arts master, Hamato Yoshi, who was changed into a humanoid rat, Splinter, by the same substance. Together with the intrepid reporter, April ONeil, they fight against the threats against the world, like Shredder and Krang.
