Episode Info: A three-person team of Eastern Bloc operatives led by Major Damian Sava arrives at a U.S. beach. They are discovered by a U.S. sailor. The sailor is killed so the spies can proceed with their mission. The sailors death brings the FBI into the investigation, with Erskine and Rhodes leading the probe. The target of the spies is Anton Dieter; the spies intend to kidnap Dieter so he can be exchanged for a Soviet bloc operative captured by the FBI, who is now in the Atlanta federal prison.
