Episode Info: The Thornberrys are on the Russian peninsula of Kamchatka to film the Stellar Sea Eagle. Nigel and Marianne take off to film via helicopter while Eliza and Darwin explore. They meet up with a friendly group of Sea Otters and start playing together when an oil tanker comes into the area. To make matters worse Kip and Biedermann rupture the tanker and start an oil spill. Eliza takes it upon herself to save the otters. But when the oil catches fire who will save her?

Story: The life of an adventurous family from the point of view of an eleven-year-old girl gifted with animal language.

Eliza Thornberry (Lacey Chabert) is not your ordinary kid. Its not just because she travels the world in an RV with her parents, famous nature-show hosts Nigel (Tim Curry) and Marianne (Jodi Carlisle). Eliza is doubly unique because she was granted the magical ability to talk with and understand animals. With her teenage sister Debbie (Danielle Harris), her wild-boy foster brother Donnie (Flea), and her pet monkey Darwin (Tom Kane), Eliza gets involved with many different wildlife (and wild adventures).
