Episode Info: Capt. Darien Lambert is a police officer in the year 2193, in the elite fugitive retrieval unit. He learns that a prominent scientist, a genius named Mordecai Sahmbi, has developed a time machine called Trax. For a large fee, he has been sending dangerous criminals back to the year 1993, where they are safe from capture. When Darien corners Sahmbi, he escapes into the past. Darien also travels to 1993, vowing to retrieve all fugitives and send them back for punishment. Armed with a computer that looks like a credit card, named Selma, and a high-tech laser weapon ...

Story: A cop from the futures sent back to contemporary times to track down fugitives hiding in the past.

Darien Lambert, Captain of the Fugitive Retrieval Section in the 22nd century, time-travels to the 20th century to capture 22nd century criminals who have escaped by time-traveling. He is armed with a PPT, a 3-button weapon that can render a man unconscious or send a man to the 22nd century. He has a computer named Selma, disguised as a credit card. Selma helps him to capture the fugitives, for she has access to various databases, and can make logical conclusions. She has also many other functions. The main criminal is Mo Sahmbi, who invented the time machine (TRAX) and helped the criminals to get away. Lambert cannot go to the 22nd century until he has captured all the fugitives.

In 2193, criminal Mordecai Sahmbi has invented a time machine called TRAX. He uses the device to help 200 of his friends escape by time-travelling to 1993. TRAX is captured by the police, but not before Sahmbi himself escapes. Capt. Darien Lambert is a cop who travels back to 1993 with the mission of sending all the criminals back home (he cannot himself return until the mission is completed, since TRAX only allows two trips). Lambert is armed with Selma, a self-aware computer, and a small weapon called a PPT which can send criminals to the future (the red button) or render humans unconscious for a few minutes (green) or several hours (blue).
